Morning Smoothie Recipe:

This is a great smoothie to have first thing in the morning. It’s very filling and has lots of healthy ingredients that will keep you full throughout your morning. It contains healthy fats  and is decadent and creamy from the avocado, and almond butter. It has healthy carbohydrates added in from the fruit and oats which will keep you full longer and your blood sugar balanced, and it contains lots of vitamins and minerals from the spinach. I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do!

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 of an Avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or any mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice to desired consistency

Throw all of the ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend on high until all ingredients are incorporated.
